You do not need to have everything worked out. Here is what to expect and how it starts.
01. Do I need to have a property in mind?
No. You might be at the start of an idea, comparing two directions, or reviewing something you already own. The useful starting point is what the next decision has to achieve, not which building.
02. What do I have to share?
Fifteen short questions, about four minutes. Ranges rather than figures. No documents, no bank statements, no identity papers, and please do not send those by email either.
03. Will the answer always be to buy?
No. It can be to look more closely, to change the order you are doing things in, to wait, or to decide the UAE is not the right answer for your family. I would rather tell you that than sell you something.
04. How are fees agreed?
I tell you what I am paid and by whom before any work starts. If we go further than a conversation, the scope and the cost are agreed in writing first.
05. Am I speaking to Caroz or to software?
The chat is an AI assistant, not me. It can explain the site. I read every assessment myself and I write the reply myself.
06. Does subscribing to the letter mean you will call me?
No. The letter is a letter. If you want my read on your own position, the assessment is a separate thing you choose to do.
07. Do you cover Abu Dhabi as well as Dubai?
Yes. I hold both registries and both emirates appear in every edition of the letter.
